Though the comforts of a church building are important, it is the people coming together within its walls who define the parish. St. Thomas affords all hearts & minds a safe and loving home in which all may explore their relationship with God and this beautiful world.

… love the Lord your God
with all your heart, with all your mind and with all your soul…

Welcome to Sunday Services:

8:00 am A quieter traditional service
    10:30 am A family-oriented service
5:30 pm A contemporary language service

Godly Play and Children’s Worship from
September-May beginning at 9:30am

The parish family of St. Thomas Episcopal Church embraces a profound commitment to our youngest members. Godly Play is our Sunday Morning Education Program. Godly Play offers a sacred and holy experience through a multi-sensory, hands on approach to Christian formation. The children are introduced and enter into the religious language by hearing the stories of God and then wondering and responding to the stories.

The classrooms provide a threshold of sacredness, safety and wonder. The children are encouraged to enter into the presence of God through discovery and play. Our Children’s Worship part of the program is designed to connect each child’s heart to the joy and love of our Lord through prayer, music and worship.

Adult Discussion from September-May
beginning at 9:30am

Getting to know fellow members of the parish truly enriches the communal worship experience. The casual setting of our weekly adult discussion group facilitates spiritual exploration for all who attend. Using books and articles as a ‘spring-board’ for weekly topics, participants often find themselves refreshed and uplifted throughout the coming week.

Youth Groups afternoons and evenings

The youth of today are not the church of tomorrow…they are a treasured part of our church today and everyday! Whether talking over a pizza on a quiet afternoon or hiking in a forest, strengthening the Spirit within is a primary function of our youth groups. From summer mission trips to youth-led worship services, ministering to the world is how they come to witness the practical application of faith.
